• Closures are available in 4×4 & 5×5 Transparent Lace
• No to Minimal shedding
• Closure is pre-washed & conditioned (But we would suggest you shampoo & condition the closure once before installation)
• Kindly note that closures are not pre-plucked.

Hair Care

• Use sulfate-free shampoo.
• Limit heat styling.
• Store hair in a cool, dry place.
• Regularly detangle with a wide-tooth comb.
• Deep condition once a week.

Shipping

• We will ship all available items within 2-3 business days (72 hours) after receiving confirmation of your payment. Our system emails you an order receipt upon completion of your order. Our goal is to get the hair to you as soon as possible. However, we will need your payment to be processed prior to shipping hair out.
• Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
• Her products101 ships all orders directly from its factory in India and all orders are shipped by DHL from India. For orders, we charge a flat $30 as shipping charges. The shipping and handling cost will be added to your order at checkout.
• Shipping and handling rates are subject to change at any time.
• DHL takes approximately 3-4 business days from the date order ships out to be delivered at your front door.
• Her products101 is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product please contact us immediately by email or on our contact number, this will enable us to settle the problem for you.
• We therefore ask our clients to please inspect your hair or any products purchased from us upon delivery and if any problem should exist please contact us before returning the product within the first 2-3 days of receipt. If not, we will assume that the problem is not with the product.
