• 100% Natural & Raw (Unprocessed) Single Drawn Indian Machine Weft Hair.
• 100% Human Hair (No synthetic or animal hair mixed).
• Available in Natural Colors and Raw Curly/Deep Wavy Texture.
• You can cut, colour, make waves or straighten the hair just like your own hair.
• All cuticles are aligned in same direction, which prevents hair from tangling.
• Each bundle weighs approx. 100 grams.
• No to Minimal shedding.
• Due to the raw nature of our hair, the texture, pattern and colour tone may vary from bundle to bundle.
• Hair is pre-washed & conditioned (But we would suggest you to shampoo & condition the hair once before installation).
• Normally, 2-3 bundles are required to cover full head depending on the lengths ordered/selected (you may use more bundles depending upon the volume of hair you desire to have).

Hair Care

• Use sulfate-free shampoo.
• Limit heat styling.
• Store hair in a cool, dry place.
• Regularly detangle with a wide-tooth comb.
• Deep condition once/twice a week to maintain natural shine and luster of hair.

Shipping

• We will ship all available items within 2-3 business days (72 hours) after receiving confirmation of your payment.
• Our system emails you an order receipt upon completion of your order.
• Our goal is to get the hair to you as soon as possible. However, we will need your payment to be processed prior to shipping hair out.
• Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
• Her products101 ships all orders directly from its factory in India and also from Houston office as well. All orders are shipped via DHL from India and via USPS standard shipping from Houston.
• Tracking number will be provided once the hair is shipped.
• Your package may require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available to sign, you can request to hold the package at a nearby location for pickup.
• Herproducts101.com does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
• Shipping delays in transit are beyond our control and no refunds will be issued for such delays.
• We are not responsible for any hair appointment cancellations or delays due to delay in delivery of the hair by DHL/USPS.
• Shipping costs do not cover tariffs/Customs charges by your home country.
• Customs clearance, additional taxes, fees or duties, and paperwork are the customer’s responsibility.
