Hair Disclaimer ~
- The photos on our social media & website reflect the typical texture of a bundle in each category; however, the bundle(s) you receive may slightly vary.
- Since our hair is 100% Natural & Unprocessed there may be slight variations in the texture & colour of each bundle as each bundle is unique and has its own properties. No women hair is exactly the same. (We try our best to sort the hair in similar group of colours i.e. Natural Black or Natural Brown, but we cannot guarantee an exact match).
- No to minimum shedding is expected as the hair has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft. (Even hair sheds from our own head as well during our daily routine of combing/brushing)
- We do not recommend cutting the weft. If you or your stylist are going to cut the weft, then please make sure that the ends are sealed properly because cutting the ends may lead to shedding of hair from the weft if not properly sealed. CUTTING THE WEFTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES.
- All our products are measured as stretch lengths and not in its natural state.
- To measure the hair extension, start at the root end and pull the hair straight to the tips. it is important to pull the hair straight while measuring. Begin with 0 at the root end and stretch the hair to the tail ends; the measurement will be taken at the tips of the hair. Kindly note that each product may not measure exactly the same when stretched depending on the texture.
